Male, 26—Do I have breast cancer?

My left nipple and areola have been hurting upon pressured contact for months. My left areola and nipple are bigger than the other side's, and it feels a bump underneath my left nipple. I also saw two red marks the other day on my left nipple.
My doctor has ordered an ultrasound to diagnose whatever this may be. But I want to have your opinions.
