My housemate and I have a golden/pit/ more mutt that may have been abused or neglected. He was less aggressive when he got him and has gotten progressively worse despite socialization attempts.

He gets angry because he is scared most likely. New people are really tough for him to get used to and locking him in a room isn't helping.

Now hes bitten a friend of mine, hes fine, just a scratch. This really bothers me and I would like some advice or links to good articles for handling this behavior. We are going to make plans with a trainer as well.
