Lost my dog suddenly to severe pancreatitis
Post Body

My 9 yo rottie mix was doing fine, then one evening he started vomiting and panting, we stayed up through the night and took him to the vet first thing in the morning, they had him on IV for a few hours but his conditioned deteriorated quickly and we lost him as we were on our way to the nearest hospital to get an ultrasound. I'm in shock and still can't believe this happened. I would like to know if anyone has ever experienced anything like this, it seems so sudden, he didn't get into any fatty foods or anything out of the ordinary.
