I have 3 dogs. Two of them I have had since they were 10 weeks old and they both have medical needs. They are 8 and 9 years old. We got a rescue just about 3 years ago. She is 3 years old. She has recently started being aggressive toward both of my other dogs.

It started with food but it was my husband dinner and the other dogs walked by his tv tray. She went after them. Then she started to do it if either of the dogs got close to where she was on the couch. She has started to leave her food in her bowl and wait for them to approach her food and then she attacks them. Now today she went after my oldest one with no provoking.

I originally thought this was her trying to assert her as the top dog among the 3. Which I have been enforcing that she is the bottom dog since we got her.

I need help. My older dogs are now scared to get close to her and it breaks my heart to see them scared.
