Post Body

I have already picked another organization to train the puppy with, so training schedules would be different. Feeding schedules/spaces would be different due to the different foods I plan to use on them. And I already have experience in feeding in a multidog home. Walking and dog interactions would be different due to different ages. My SDiT goes most places with me and while this puppy would still be allowed to go to work with me, I might switch days or use a crate (also so the puppy doesn’t get hyper socialized at a young age).

I’ve been reading up on how to mitigate Littermate Syndrome and since it would only be for a few months, I’m wondering how sleeping arrangements would be. Should I work on crate training the puppy for bed time even though I want them to eventually cuddle with Odin and I on the bed? I’m thinking of possibly sleeping on the higher bed while Odin gets the lower one and trying to find stairs so that the puppy doesn’t get hurt trying to get off the bed.

I feel like I’m covering all my bases here.

Have any of you guys done it?
