[Help] My service dog in training needs more stimulation and my disability also makes it hard for me to exercise him properly all of the time. What are games or toys that your dogs have really gotten into?

Post Body

He won’t fetch a ball. He won’t even run after it. I’ve explained it to him. He’s a hot or cold dog when it comes to tug of war. Either he will or he won’t and most of the time, he won’t. The dog park that actually gets other dogs is a bit far and I’ve also witnessed a lot of bad pet parents bringing clearly dog reactive dogs to the dog park and he’s gotten bullied and roughed up once when two bigger dogs teamed up on him. He’s very work driven. My trainer thinks that he’s more work minded than companion minded. I also might start working soon and he has seriously dug up a lot of the dirt in the backyard due to (I think) boredom. He also doesn’t even lick the frozen peanut butter out of the Kong. He waits until it melts to eat it.
