Post Body

My friend called me and was telling me how his dog is acting strange. He wouldn't eat and he mostly wanted to just be on his bed. When my friend got home from work he was able to hand feed him and he ate just fine, but the biggest worry he has right now is that he is growling at him. He said he picked his dog up and put him on his chest and that the dog just started crying then later when his mom was trying to clean up his pee inside he tried to bite her. Right now his pup is holed up in a little corner and will growl if they so much try to get near him. He has never ever acted like that, i have met his dog multiple times and he is the friendliest pup. The fact that he growls and even tried to bite his mom is worrying him. He'll take the pup to the vet tomorrow morning, i told him to just keep an eye on him through the night and that if he somehow gets worse to take him to the emergency vet. Is there anything he can do to help out his pup? or what would cause his otherwise loving friendly dog to become aggressive over night (my friend told he was acting perfectly normal last night) i told him his pup is probably in pain but he can't even inspect his body because he can't get close to him. Any and all help is appreciated.
