[Help] my dog will randomly start making these bear/bark/growling/ noises (kinda like how huskies will vocalize) and chew on my arms and hands HARD

Post Body

She's never aggressive but always kind of in this hyper almost out of control state. I've tried every thing to teach her to stop. I'll try redirecting her with a toy and that only sometimes will work, otherwise it's like my arms are a magnet for her teeth. Ive tried making a yelping noise to communicate that it hurts but that will just excite her more or do nothing. I've tried ignoring her. I've tried putting her in time out in a small bedroom. And obviously I'm telling her no the whole time but she totally ignores me. She's around a year old and I've had her for around 2 months. Anybody else experience this? What can I do to get her to stop?
