I love going on long walks with my pup (who's ~50 lbs and wears a harness) and we're working on his leash pulling. I've gone through a few leashes, but I've always had the issue them of chafing and burning my hands. When we do romps and recall training out in the fields, I use a retractable leash and it works fine for that, but I'm not a fan of using it for walks (less grip and control [if anyone knows of one of those with good grip, I'd love know!]).
Once I can get him walking in a straight line, I'd love to get into running with him.
What are your favorite leashes to use in different situations (walking/running/dog-parking/etc)?
