indestructable fleas!!!

I've had my puppy for almost two months now and he's had fleas the entire time! They are indestructable!! I feel so bad for him because I know he's so uncomfortable.

I've washed and vacuumed everything in the house (making sure to empty the vacuum outside and take it's remnants to the garbage can), given him simparica trio on sept. 2nd (next dose is tomorrow), given him two flea baths, and then this last weekend we flea bombed our house followed with washing EVERYTHING and vacuuming EVERYTHING and while we were letting it air out I took him to PetSmart for a third flea bath!! (This was on Sunday)

Today, he's infested with them again.

I'm at a loss. What can I do?

He is miserable :(
