Any luck training an older dog with agression issues?

Post Body

I have a 10 year old huskimo with multiple bites/attacks on me and my girlfriend throughout the years. She has food and possession agression, which is manageable. Recently the dog heard the garage open, barked at the garage then attacked my girlfriend. This is the first completly unprovoked attack. Is it too late for training? Will spending the few thousand be worth it? Has anyone has similar issues with any luck? I love my dog and don't want to put her down bc she is sweet 99.9% of the time, but want to see if I have another option first. I can't spend the money and it not work.
