Got our pup just three months before we were married. My wife and I didn't live together until after we were married, so he lived with me in our soon to be shared first apartment and we bonded significantly. He was the fluffiest little black Goldendoodle pup ever, he loved running through that apartment and sliding around on the vinyl flooring with his overgrown and large paws. He was our best friend when we got married, and we took him everywhere. We actually ended up meeting some of our very best friends through our adventures with Buskey. He fathered 27 golden doodle puppies, one who is our other pup... suffice to say he was quite the straight shooter lol. He has been on so many adventures with us, and it's sad to say that tomorrow I have to tell him goodbye. We found out 3 weeks ago of the cancer, and we are heartbroken. We've made it the best damn 3 weeks of our lives and his legacy will live on! He was named after one of our favorite places we frequented when I briefly lived in Richmond, Virginia - Buskey Cider....I haven't felt a grief like this for some time. It's been crushing me, but now I absolutely cannot sleep. I had to write something to just get it out, so thank you for bearing with my ramblings...I feel that I will be crushed for quite some time.
