My shin tzu won’t stop licking one paw and when we try to look at it she tries to bite us and gets aggressive.

Post Body

She can be a really sweet pup but when we go to take something she isn’t suppose to have, check something on her body, or try and fix her harness, she gets aggressive. We are not exactly sure what we need to do to stop it. Nothing seems to work. With her paw we are trying to check if she has a cut, thorn, or something on it that is bothering her but she won’t let us get close. Does this paw licking warrant a vet visit? If anyone has any suggestions about her aggressiveness and what to do about her paw, it would be greatly appreciated.
