My sweet girl passed unexpectedly today at 15.

I had a mini doxie, Haley, who was 15 years old. She collapsed around 4 this morning and had trouble breathing. I rushed her to the EV and she had full blown congestive heart failure. I didn’t even know. I feel like such an ass bc I didn’t know she was sick. She acted normally. I gave her a nice salmon dinner last night, she ate it all. Was doing all her weird dachshund things. How could I miss this?
