Is anyone else having problems with GawMiner support not getting back to you?

I bought a BlackWidow on June 9th and when I got it two weeks later, I didn't get the ZenController with it so I was put in a holding pattern because the miner just would not work with my mac (the USB drivers for the miner never worked and the system couldn't see the miner). I contacted support, a couple days later they said, "Here's your controller tracking number".

I got the ZenController a week later, plugged it in following the instructions. It checked in to the server, but then nothing. It wouldn't check back in.

I emailed support, they said, "No idea" and "You can try mining a different way". So, I flashed the SD card, installed Raspbian and found a cgminer build specifically for GAWminers. I got it running and saw 90% hardware error messages, with a low hashrate (way too low for a 13MH/s miner).

I emailed support. "You can RMA it". I spent $90 at UPS to ship it 3-day to the east coast. I tracked that shipment, updated the support ticket with the tracking number.

They received the package, but no comment. I checked in on my old ticket. Nothing.

I created a new ticket linking to the old one, "I have it and I'm testing it right now". That was 3 days ago. No reply.

Followed up on the latest ticket with "Any word here?". No reply.

So, I created a new ticket, because that's the only thing they seem to reply to.

Along the way, I called and only got a person twice out of probably 15 calls to their main number. Mostly, they redirect you to a robot voice that says "No one is available."

I love my second Black Widow. It worked right out of the box and is on track to paying for itself. I don't want to slander anyone, but I am really frustrated and want to get my money working for me like it should be, considering I have $1200 wrapped up in that first Black Widow and have not seen a cent from it yet.

Update: My issue has been resolved, and I am getting my new miner very soon. I am happy with the resolution, but I do hope that the turn around time on tickets gets better. My guess is that these guys have SO MANY orders that they are just swamped and can't keep up with the deluge.
