This might be stupid I'm not a financial expert but hear me out (not a long post)

So I was just thinking of things that could assist in the value of the dogecoin and it dawned on me that the housing market ( such as rent, mortgage payments, etc) could be a good place to have doge be accepted as a direct payment because I believe that would stake some large value behind the coin itself.
Again though I'm not a financial expert just a thought.
