Dogecoin Android wallet 2.0.8 - Small fixes

Hey shibes,
I just published a new version of the Android wallet. It fixed the issue that you couldn't sweep paper wallets anymore and also tries to fix the issue that it might lag and hang during sync (Feedback for this very welcome!). I also updated the checkpoints so initial sync is faster.
The updated should be available soon on Google Play. In case you can't wait, the APK is available on my GitHub right here:
