Corrupted data base block.. or something of the sort. DogeCore 1.7

soo .. I just got a corrupted database block detected (error message when I booted up Doge Core 1.7) and I chose to rebuild the database. I am 26 weeks behind... is this an issue of some sort or will it just rebuild the blocks and work? I am a little concerned. Any input or experience on the matter would be highly appreciated.
