[QUESTION] Trying to send money to myself, just bouncing back in weird increments

I'm concerned about one of my addresses being compromised.

I've generated a new address and am trying to send cash to that address from my wallet. These come through as payments to myself of 0.00 and don't change my wallet balance at all.

If I go to dogechain.info both addresses exist and register transactions. The new one seems to have all the deposits and then has them bouncing back in partial increments immediately as well. The total between the two addresses is now less than my wallet total. I'm freaked out.
