Let's get a properly secure Dogecoin online wallet.

I will donate 100,000 dogecoin to the creator of an online wallet with:

• 2 factor identification

• optional local storage

• clientside encryption (private keys encrypted locally before stored on webserver)

• external security and penetration testing.

The generosity this community has shown so far foreshadows amazing things to come, but lets start being proactive with our generosity and stop these hacks from occurring.
