Hello, I'm currently having a problem where the radio on my 2015 dart (not touchscreen) will just black screen and not turn on or function at all. I've tried messing with the battery connection and it will work for a few start ups, then stop functioning again. I know it's not the battery itself because I've replaced it twice now and both cables are connected to the terminals rather tight. I would assume it's a fuse issue if the problem wasn't resolved every time I disconnected and reconnected the negative cable so I'm at a bit of a loss about what the problem actually is. No dash lights are on and the odometer isn't flashing to indicate poor connection to the battery.

If anyone has had a similar issue or has an idea of what it might be, any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!
