So we all know the Doctor and his companions have great lines that stick with us from time to time, but what are some of your favorite bits of dialogue from the other billion characters in the universe? For example, one of my favorite exhchanges is between the Cybermen ad the Daleks in Army of Ghosts:

"Cyberman: Daleks, be warned; you have declared war upon the Cybermen.

Dalek Sec: This is not war. This is pest control!

Cyberman: We have five million Cybermen. How many are you?

Dalek Sec: (pause) Four.

Cyberman: (somewhat tauntingly) You would destroy the Cybermen with four Daleks?!

Dalek Sec: We would destroy the Cybermen with one Dalek! You are superior in only one respect.

Cyberman: What is that?

Dalek Sec: You are better at dying!"

I remember laughing at this and my family thinking I was a madman (without a box) for doing so. My reasoning is that a Dalek told a joke in some ways. It was completely serious, but it just seemed funny. Now go, go and find your favorite bits of dialogue!
