Everyone keeps talking about the mystery of how Missy became him after we saw her die on the colony ship and there’s a big mystery as to how he came back for the third time.

Here’s the thing though. To me it’s perfectly obvious that he doesn’t have any mystery. The shot of John Simm laughing in the elevator and then never seeing him regenerate clearly implies that Steven Moffat was giving other writers a way of using the master again whilst killing the character off. To me John Simm gets to his Tardis and regenerates into Sacha Dhawan and goes on to do what we see him do with Missy being a much later regeneration.

Anyone else share this idea, that Missy could easily end up being the very last masters life and there could be more masters to come without essentially resurrecting themselves with time lord magic or some fancy spacey wacey timey wimey mechanism.
