Can anyone explain to me how the Titan Comics miniseries work? Specifically the one for the 9th Doctor?

Let me preface this with I've never bought a comic in my life, and I find the website unclear. I'm interested, as I can never have enough 9th Doctor media in my life.
Is there a schedule for when they're going to release each part? Can I buy it as a subscription so the entire mini-series gets sent to me?
How do the "collectible" covers work? I have to buy four copies in order to get all four version of the artwork?
Thanks in advance for helping me with my stupid questions.
