If The Doctor has unlimited regeneration energy since they’re The Timeless Child then surely they can use it as a superpower?

River Song tells The Doctor off for using his regeneration energy to heal her wounds calling it “a waste”, and in Time of The Doctor we see him literally take down Dalek spaceships using his regeneration power.
Basically what I’m trying to say this; The Doctor is pretty much a superhero at this point who can heal wounds and take people down with blasts of their power.
