Pretty straightforward question i guess but more specifically I wanna know annual salaries of doctors not in training like trust grade SHOs and specialty doctors or senior clinical fellows.
Hours Number of day shifts and night shifts in a month. I understand its in the band system how does that affect your job/salary.
Im currently working in northwest. Im a trust grade sho pay scale mt04 in ed get 69500 work like 14 days on average per month. Im on a 9 week rotation. 1in2 to 1in3 weekends. In one of those 9 weeks i work 5 days early shifts. And 2 weeks where 6 days but i get 1 day off in the middle and 2 days rest in the next week. Remaining weeks i work 4 or less days.
How does this compare to lets say an sho or a senior clinical fellow in ED/Acute medicine/anaesthesia?.
