Help setting up singleplayer ini, maybe others can use the help?

Maybe others have the same issue, but here's what I've slapped into my game.ini file (DNL>saved>config>WindowsNoEditor):
[/Script/DNL.ShooterGameMode]
HarvestAmountMultiplier=4.00000
TamingSpeedMultiplier=4.00000
I just want some uped rates, then take other adjustments from there, but no matter how much I reset the game/computer etc I can't get it to work. Am I missing something? I even tried throwing it into other random-ass game files that had other scripts in it and saw no changes at all.
