Story time kiddos

Time for a little back story, one zizog the fell a half-orc barbarian in his 70's still a force to be reconed with but starting to feel his age. He joined the party looking to prove that he can still get out and adventure with the kids. Clothed in rags and baring his now iconic solid bone great axe "shella" He struts around with the exaggerated swagger and world view of the worst kind of boomer.

Now a little back story on shella. Shella was an acquisition made during a hunt in his earlier years, while hunting bears with his son one day zizog was attacked by a bear. Zizog grabbed the nearest item and hurled it at the bear as it barreled towards him. The nearest item just so happened to be his son, who hit the bear and pinwheeled out into the deep dark of the forest and has not been seen since. With the bear still charging zizog grabbed the next closest thing, a femur protruding from the ground, he wrenched the item from the ground and smacked the bear with the leg bone and attached pelvis. Surprised by the blow the bear staggered off in a daze and with that zizog took his prize home and fashioned the collosal femur and hip into his beloved axe.

Over the years zizog has grown close to shella and loves his axe and in recent weeks shella has truly grown to love zizog as well and has decided that no other weapon is good enough for him. ( so far the idea is that the femur and hip belonged to a demon who was slain long ago but it's spirit has been bound to the weapon and is slowly growing in power every time zizog kills something with the axe. So far it has gained the attributes of an axe of the berserker.)

Now zizog finds himself outside of his tribal nomadic society and locked within a city where he is considered a second class citizen. He has joined the underground movement of "monstrous races" several of which he has rather racist opinions about. But they are joined in the similar cause of earning their rights and bringing down the societal powers who would see them turned into fodder upon the next solar eclipse.
