Dual wielding with a versatile weapon - item interaction rules

Post Body
A question came up in my game the other day and no one knew the correct ruling since the wording in the PHB is finicky. According to RAW, you can interact with one item for free each turn. This prevents you from putting away a sword and drawing a bow in one turn. However, if I am using a weapon with the versatile property, can I attack with that weapon, draw a light weapon, use the light weapon, and then sheath it that turn?
