Homebrew daggers

So I am working on a set of daggers for my party to eventually find/receive. I'm looking for feedback on how these work out.
Life 2 Lifesteal(d6) - When wielding Life, the user is granted 1 to AC
Death 2 Necrotic(d6) - When wielding Death, the user loses 15 HP as temp HP.
When the user has attuned to Life and Death, and are wielded together, the user regains 10 HP every round (considering adding another effect but have no idea what to do here)
