I'm unable to sign into my D&DBeyond account after purchasing the Master membership.

I recently purchased the Master membership. I only had to put my information in once, and there was nothing from my bank declining the charge (though I have about 4 holding charges of 0.00). I also got an email from DDB confirming the membership. However, after about 5-10 mins of lingering on the site, I was logged out. Trying to log back in via Edge (primary browser) or Chrome redirects me to the main page without logging in. Using the mobile app seems to immediately kick me out with a "you have been signed out, please sign back in".

I sent in a support ticket, but wondered if anyone here had any extra insight?
