Water wash question..

So when tou do your water wash, do you submerge the pipette in the water layer then squirter? Or at the top of the solvent layer?
I've been using hot water and sqirtering the nps in the water layer.
Another question 🤔
I did my first AB extraction yesterday and it went pretty well. After I pull the spice with the solvent, should I do more additional pulls after freeze precipitation?
