Hi! Based on the instructions for the request of CGMC, it mentions that one can pay through physical means through the cashier. I was just wondering how does that process happen because it says on the form that the “Alternatively, the students may also pay directly to the DLSU Cashier's Office. The Payment Referral Slip is available at the LFCS, Velasco, 152.” However, it also says this “Please take note that the mode of request is still via online.” I’m quite confused lang on that part and need clarification on it.

Do I just show that I filled up the form for the request of CGMC so I can get the Payment Referral Slip at the LFCS, Velasco, 152? Then I can proceed to pay it in the DLSU’s Cashier’s Office?
