Does the dcat put less importance on your grades if you’ve graduated from highschool several years ago?

Im 21 now and im just about to take the dcat. I graduated 3 years ago and i had really poor grades from grades 10-12 because of my then undiagnosed adhd and i wasnt able adjust to the online setting during senior high. I have massively improved since then but im anxious that my grades would prevent me from passing the dcat even if i manage to score high.
