what's the Wh on these batteries? need to know for travel purposes

I'm taking a flight in a couple days and apparently on Porter Airlines if the lithium-ion battery exceeds 160 Wh, the device is prohibited in either checked or carry-on baggage.

Where the lithium-ion battery exceeds 100 Wh but does not exceed 160 Wh, you may have the device in either checked or carry-on baggage, but approval of the airline is required.

I dont know what to do with that. I havent been able to figure out what the Wh is. And I have no idea how to go about getting airline permission if I need it. Can anyone else advise?
