Doesn't the Action 5 Pro Combo Come with TWO Quick Adapt Mounts?

A few weeks ago I ordered the A5P adventure combo from Amazon (Canada). I've been busy with work life so I finally opened it yesterday and noticed I only got one mount, the mini one. The package was brand new and seemed fresh from the OEM.
Any other Canadians experience this buying the Adventure combo from Amazon?
