Ronin 2 not showing updated firmware?!

Hey everyone I just plugged the Ronin 2 into my computer and used the desktop app to update the firmware. On the control app it says it's the latest software that I could update to but on the Ronin itself it still says it's on the old firmware? I really need this resolved!
