Wah pedal that adds more bass as the envelope pushes to higher frequencies

Just like the title says, I'm looking to build a wah that increases the bass eq (the lowest and possibly 2nd lowest band) proportionally to the envelope moving higher. Essentially the pedal would be a bass volume and wah pedal all in one.

My rationale: clicking on a normal wah pedal creates just so much screechiness and loses tone (imo). I'm looking to build something to balance this out and was wondering if it were possible. I believe that the wah effect would still be quite audible as the Q is usually pretty sharp while still preserving the ass of the bass tone. Any thoughts?
