I bought an old house and want to renovate it... any advice?
Post Body

I had the house checked before buying it; overall the frame is fine. Just the interior quite dated.

I want to add a toilet (want to get it done properly to get ccc), and convert the garage into a bedroom (is it possible?). The wallpaper needs to go and the floor needs to be done as well.......

I want to save money so would want to do things by myself if possible. What are the "easier" things that I can DIY and what are the things I better off get the professionals to do?

(Of course I'll get the professionals to do the toilet and power etc)

I'd love to have some tips, no matter for DIY or tips on finding someone to do the jobs.... thanks!
