Hey, I have a sticky aluminum front door to our home. Seems like it swells with the heat. Hits mostly on the bottom plate, but is also now hitting where the door lock is. So bad the kids can't open it, and I've got to boot the bottom. Have tried packing it out to lift the bottom up, helped a little, also tried shaving a couple of mm off the bottom of the door with the grinder, also helped a little, but seems like since we've returned from holiday to this hot weather that it's as bad as it's ever been. 6 year old signature build. Been going on for the 4 years we've owned it. Any ideas to try fixing, or is this a replace it and move on job?
