5vdc USB psu - with screw terminals

Hi,
I'm looking for a 5Vdc micro USB charger that doesn't have a mains plug. Basically, I want to make a box that has a microcontroller inside it with a mains supply. I don't want to add a mains socket and plug the charger into it, I'd just like a USB charger that has screw terminals instead of a plug, so I can wire it directly to the mains.
Could anyone recommend anything?
