12v delayed accessory shutoff when car turned off

I feel like this should exist and I don’t know what to search for.
Goal: power accessories for n time after turning off car.
Thoughts: a circuit that has constant 12 volts available and a trigger 12 v that activate instant on & delayed shutoff. Let’s say 15 min for now. I’ve seen multi-second solutions that are capacitor driven but I want longer time. An Arduino like solution seems like overkill but, what do I know…
Is there such a thing already out there I can find?
