Hi, I have an external garden light which is just a bulb in a floodlight type housing. It is however never used. There is a switch indoor that turns this on and off.
I really like some pics / movies I've seen where they have string lights in the garden. I have a few solar powered ones, but living in England means little light and them dying after a couple of hours. Battery powered ones would be fine, but annoying to have to change them all the time.
Is there a way to change the bulb into a string light type connection, rather than a single bulb? Or would I need to get a professional electrician in to change the entire thing for me?
Thanks in advance for any help.
