Need help finding a part: 10mm rail clamps and silicone inserts for camera gimbal & other parts

I've been trying of find a place to find these little clamps and dampers to attach my own 10mm rail system. I guess my google-fu sucks since so far all I've found is this so far: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/tarot-680pro-hexacopter-camera-rail-battery-mount.html

The problem is, I have no need for that carbon fiber plate. I just want the clamps and silicone inserts. I'm tempted to just buy a couple of these, but I'd rather not waste it. Plus I can probably find it cheaper elsewhere. Any help is appreciated thanks!
