Need help Pixhawk not recognized by Ubuntu
Post Body

I'm trying to set up a pixhawk for the very first time, but so far I've had nothing but trouble. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 on my laptop, and I've been through every bit of information I can find. The problem is when I plug it in it turns on aa makes the musical tone, but the main led is solid blue, and the safety switch is blinking fast. APM Planner 2.0 does not recognize that it is plugged in and is isn't listed when I run the lsusb command in the terminal. I've removed modemanager, reformatted the sd card, built qgroundcontrol, and any other thing I could find to fix the problem. The only difference I've been able to find between it being plugged in and not is that when it is not plugged in is if you press connect in the top right corner when it is not plugged in the program freezes, when it is plugged in the programs immediately closes. I'd really appreciate any help or at least the knowledge that someone else has gotten this to work. So if you have apm planner 2.0 running on Ubuntu or any other linux flavor I'd appreciate some help.
