Smallest drone build with gsm for autonomous tasks

Hi all,
Ive gotten as far as i can with my DJI drones (tello, old Mavic air).
Now Im looking to test out my autonomous software im working on but not sure where to start.
What is the smallest and or the cheapest diy drone build that I can send data to via an internet connection that isnt wifi like cellular gsm. Ive built a drone before with a pihawks controller running custom arduo pilot code 5 years ago. What parts are available to make this light and cheap because they will break.
