Post Body

I’ve a 2019 Ford ranger without the b & o system. I had to keep oem headunit. I’ve got 2 JL audio components in front doors, 2 Sony 6.5’s in rear doors, and a JL audio 12 inch preloaded sub behind back seat. Got headunit speaker outs wired to an audiocontr lci2. I got splitter rcas running from the 2 channel lci to my 5 channel Hifonics amp. Sounds good sometimes, terrible sometimes. I’ve set amp games with voltmeter, and also a cheap oscilloscope. I set crossovers with a voltmeter. Overall system distorts. Is the problem the lci2 or is Hifonics amps alpha series no good? I’ve been adjusting and retuning for 2 months now.
