Do 1000 watt peak 250rms @ 8ohm car amps exist?

Hi I'm trying to put together a 12v System with a 2 way celestion CKT-TF1020 design that has a 1000 watt peak 250rms and 8ohms. I don't care if it goes maybe twice as high for headroom but do any car amps or other 12v options like this exist in the under $300 range or have I made a foolish decision here?
