will this truck Solar setup work?

Post Body

I'm setting up Solar in my suburban overlander build. I'd like to power a small fridge, AC unit(occasionally), possibly power tools, batteries, radios and a TV(maybe). I kind of pieced this together from random YouTube videos that I barely understood lol. Id like this to be sufficient enough that if basically gas dried up and we had to live out of the truck without starting it, we could somewhat. Is this setup acceptable and what type of performance can I expect? What should I change if anything?

Alternator -->battery isolator-->battery--> inverter

2 100w panels(200w) -->charge controller --> inverter

Panels- 2 Renogy 100 watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Solar Panels

Inverter- Renogy 3000w pure sine inverter

Charge controler- Renogy Wanderer Li 30A 12V PWM Negative Ground Solar Charge Controller

Renogy Bluetooth monitor

Isolator- MaySpare 12V 140Amp VSR Double Battery Automatic Charging Relay Dual Smart Battery Isolator

Battery- SLI31AGMDPM X2Power BCI 31M 100AH 1150CCA AGM Marine Battery

ETA- I guess the better questions are are the parts in this setup correct for what it is?

Also. What would I need to run a small portable AC unit and chargers for several hours at a time?
