Question about a diving mask

Probably a dumb question: do they make consumer-level ‘coms masks,’ in that instead of just using goggles and a respirator, the mask covers the whole face, functions as a regulator, and has a coms system built in so that you could talk to fellow divers?
I guess I’m wondering if something akin to the masks used in “Sanctum” are something that the average consumer could go out and buy.
